Our Story
We began with a desire to give back and to teach children the importance of helping the communities they live in.
Our Mission
Celebrate Giving’s mission is to inspire the next generation to create social change while impacting the community. We believe that it is critical to teach the youth of the world the importance of giving back. Celebrate Giving will do this by giving families and businesses the opportunity to host events in which they assemble care packages for local organizations and school districts. In doing so, we are providing for those in need and empowering our children and future leaders to create change.
Our Story
It all started with a simple concept (and 20+ years of friendship!). In 2021, Mollie and Molly had an overwhelming desire to not only give back but to teach their children the importance of helping the communities they live in. Molly had an idea that instead of hosting traditional birthday parties, with all the bells and whistles, we could spend our money differently. The kids would have a hands-on opportunity to assemble backpacks/ care packages for those in our community in need while also celebrating their special occasions. We wanted to teach our kids the importance of giving back and helping those who need it most without preaching but by doing. Many volunteer opportunities are limiting for young kids and this is an opportunity to change the narrative. Our goal is to be able to grow and share this concept with families and businesses.
Partnership with Living Through Giving
In May of 2021, Celebrate Giving had the unique opportunity to partner with Living Through Giving Foundation, a registered 501(c)3 non profit based out of LA.
LTG has a dual mission, it’s an organization that empowers humanity with the tools to create & benefit from organized acts of Love and it also provides other non-profits the resources to make an impact through fiscal sponsorship, which Celebrate Giving is benefiting from.

Molly Martin
CO-FOUNDER // Chicago, IL
As a wife and working mom of two littles, Quinn and Mae, it was always important to Molly that her kids grow up understanding the importance of taking care of their “people.” To Molly, this includes not only their family but the community around them. After searching for volunteer opportunities for her then 3 and 4 year old, there wasn’t a single place to take them. It was then that Molly decided that if there aren’t places for her kids to volunteer, she would create the opportunity.

Mollie Meeks
CO-FOUNDER // Denver, CO
Mollie, a wife and mother of two young children, strives to plant seeds of kindness in her kids. She has been seeking opportunities for them to give back to their community and has found a lack because of their age. After an incident that she hoped would have been a teaching moment with her oldest resulted in disappointment the idea of Celebrate Giving emerged. She is thrilled to share this vision with her children, their friends, and her local community.
